TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES FOR HeliXplore

Thank you for flying with HeliXplore to experience the Dolphin Coast. To ensure all our guests enjoy a smooth and safe adventure, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our flights.

Robinson R44:
Maximum weight per seat is 120 kg and/or an average of 90 kg across the three seats, at the pilot’s discretion.

Bell 206 Long Ranger:
Maximum weight per seat is 140 kg and/or an average of 75 kg across the three seats, at the pilot’s discretion.

Bell 407:
Maximum weight per seat is 140 kg and/or an average of 75 kg across the three seats, at the pilot’s discretion.

  • All flights must be prepaid in full. We reserve the right to cancel a flight due to non-payment.
  • All flights and/or routes are weather permitting.
  • Flights are based on the route booked, not the duration.

Guests will be eligible for a full refund in the event of bad weather or HeliXplore cancelling the flight.
